It is not often you get to build a prototype of a house! This cabin is Stage 1 of the development and will serve as accommodation for the owners when the old cottage is demolished for the new house. It has allowed experimentation and testing of the construction for the new house and will be a secondary dwelling for optional income when the main house is complete.
