A complete alteration and addition to the upper level of a 1980's clinker brick project house, the MM house gives a new tall living space elevated to capture ocean views. A new large eastern deck provides new and generous outdoor living areas including outdoor bathroom off the new main bedroom. The new work is distinct, expressing a relaxed coastal lifestyle, and in contrast to the retained brown brick lower storey of the house.
